One of the things I have recently learned is that people respond to videos, to pictures, to your voice, to your own words, to your personal experiences, to your stories. People just know even if it’s through an email, whether you are being legit, sincere and genuine or if it is just b.s. (excuse the reference) lol. But it’s the truth…some of the most successful email campaigns I’ve had are the ones that have been genuine, based on a personal experience. And as I start to incorporate my videos into my marketing and my campaigns, I can see how important that is because of the response compared to using my company’s generated marketing material. It has been a difference of 8 emails being opened to over 100 emails being opened!
