My 3 strategies on how to step out of your comfort zone…

  1. Mentally prepare…getting your mind in the right zone, making sure your mind is ready for what you are about to do
  2. Physically prepare…getting your body to align with your mind, making sure your body is ready for what you are about to do
  3. Just do it…don’t wait, don’t hesitate

The best way I have found to get out of my comfort zone, to overcome a fear…is to just face it head on. The longer you wait, the more you put it off or procrastinate, the harder it becomes and your chances of actually accomplishing it decreases. My philosophy is…I would rather regret doing something than regret not doing something!!
